eDNRD Refund Policy

If your application was rejected by GDRFA-D you will not be refunded the application fee, but you may apply for a refund on the security deposit.
  GDRFA-D security deposit
 
  • All GDRFA-D security deposits will be refunded once emaratech confirmed that the sponsored person has left the country on the condition that there are no fines due by the sponsored person or his sponsor.
  • emaratech will pass a credit back to your available balance in eDNRD.
  Refund upon Company closure
  Available Balance in "Charge Account"
 
  • This will be refunded by emaratech once Establishment Card section has confirmed to eCollections that the company's account has been closed and Cancellations, section 15, has confirmed that all fines and overstayed fines have been cleared.
  Available Balances in "Advance"
 
  • This will be refunded by GDRFA-D once Establishment Card section has confirmed to eCollections that the company's account has been closed and Cancellations, section 15, has confirmed that all fines and overstayed fines have been cleared.
  Timeframe for requesting refunds
 
  • Refunds for the GDRFA-D security deposit must be applied for within 90 days after the sponsored person had exit the UAE.
 The following refund charge will apply
  • The AED50 Service Fee will not be refunded.
Timeframe for processing refunds
  • Your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
How to apply for a refund
  • Present "proof of closure" from Establishment Card Section and clearance from section 15 to eCollections at GDRFA-D to process your refund.
